Step 1. Once you complete our application to become a client we review you submitted information within 24-48 hours. We will contact you to schedule a free 1-hour consultation to discuss the specifics of each program you that interests you.
Step 2. If the you decide to become an Invictus Fitness client we will begin with completing necessary physical and nutritional assessments to tailor a program to meet your needs.
Step 3. Your program is sent to you to get started.
All nutrition and fitness plans are reviewed every four weeks. The trainer will work with you to discuss new foods or exercises to incorporate into the next phase of your program.
You may contact your trainer at any time to answer questions you may have or to make adjustments to your plan.
